Chili sin carne is vegan version of the popular dish Chilli con carne. Difference is in one word: "son" means in Spanish "without" and "con" means "with"„The full name therefore means "chili without meat", or "chili with meat".
In our recipe we serve chili in wheat pancake, unlike what is normally served in bowl, similar to goulash. That's why this chili is much denser and can be eaten with your hands, or to take with you on a trip.
Food served in a wheat pancake is also good for breakfast.
