Rice is one of the most versatile ingredients for preparing food, whether you choose to serve it as a side dish or as a main dish in combination with other ingredients.

The shelf life of rice can be 10 to 30 years if stored properly. In the past, it was even used as glue for the Great Wall of China. But even though it has a long shelf life, if you prepare it according to our recipe, we believe that it will be eaten in no time, as its combination with aromatic spices, vegetables and tofu makes it a hearty lunch or dinner - we will leave this choice to you.

The recipe was compiled by Maktarinka and you can also find it in cookbook e-book downloadable One-pot recipes.
