Ingredients for 10 servings

  • 75 ml Vegetable oil
  • 900 g Lunter smoked tofu
  • 75 ml Soy sauce
  • 2.5 tsp Sweet ground paprika
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 600 g Frozen peas
  • 200 ml Vegetable cream
  • 1.5 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Technological process

  1. Cut the tofu into slices or cubes and fry in oil until golden brown.
  2. Add soy sauce and spices and stir and sauté for a while longer.
  3. Add the vegetable broth and peas. Bring to a boil.
  4. Mix the cornstarch thoroughly in the vegetable cream. Stir the mixture into the tofu and peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Serve with tarragon.
