Three workshops, dozens of enthusiastic participants and endless flavors

October was marked by the Green Dining Room plant-based cooking, creativity and discovering new flavorsOver the course of three days, we visited three different canteens – university, company and corporate – and together with chefs and workshop participants, we showed that plant-based cuisine is not just about health, but especially about taste, colors and joy of cooking.

University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice – October 13

Our first stop was the university cafeteria in Košice, where we prepared together vegetable curry with tofu and vegan goulash.
Both dishes impressed the participants with their simplicity, aroma and balanced taste. The atmosphere in the kitchen was friendly and creative – there was no shortage of tastings, discussions about recipes and many new ideas on how to bring more plant-based dishes to the regular menu.

SPP Bratislava – October 15

The second workshop was in the spirit of traditional dishes in a new wayWe cooked together with the participants steamed dumpling with Szeged goulash in the plant version and again vegetable curry with tofu – this time with a bit of Asian inspiration.
The reactions were more than positive - many admitted that they didn't really trust plant-based foods until now, but changed their minds after tasting them.

Dell Technologies – October 16

The conclusion of our October series was creative combinations and modern taste experiencesWe have prepared seitan nuggets, various dips and dill potato salad – a trio that won everyone over. Participants appreciated not only the great taste, but also the ease of preparation and the fact that the ingredients are commonly available.

Taste, color and inspiration

There was a great atmosphere at each workshop – cooking was carried out in a spirit of cooperation, laughter and curiosity. Together we showed that plant-based cuisine is for everyone – whether you're a student, a cafeteria cook, or just someone who wants to eat a little more consciously and variedly.

The Green Dining Room will continue these activities – because we believe that Changing your plate can be simple, tasty and sustainable. 🌱
