The whole success depends on white tofu to which we add mustard for acidity, vegan butter to achieve a creamy, delicious consistency and ground smoked paprika and salt for seasoning. Finally, don't forget the spring onions or chives, which complete the whole spread.

Ingredients for 10 servings

  • 360 g Lunter tofu natural
  • 7-8 tbsp full fat mustard
  • 4 tsp ground smoked paprika
  • 6 tbsp Vegan spreadable margarine
  • 2 Handfuls of spring onions or chives
  • Salt

Technological process

  1. Squeeze the water out of the tofu with a clean towel and crush it into smaller pieces with your fingers.
  2. Add it to a food processor along with the mustard, smoked paprika, and butter. You can also use a hand blender.
  3. Blend the mixture to a spreadable consistency and add salt and more mustard to taste.
  4. Finally, stir in chopped spring onions or chives into the spread. Serve with pastries.
